THE PRODUCING COMPANY was founded and is led by Barbara and Bryan Stratte. Together, they bring a unique mix of leadership and operations support to create a production environment that enables the entire team to bring their client’s story to life. Barbara and Bryan utilize their twenty-plus years of experience on shows produced to orchestrate the nuts and bolts of the creative vision, ensuring all aspects of the production process are functioning at the highest level. They work closely with the crew to motivate and inspire; they liaise with the network, client, and/or studio to ensure that communication is clear and concise, and most importantly, they navigate all aspects of the production and post-production process to ensure a great story is told.

As an executive producer and director, Bryan has produced over 100 episodes of television for such networks as The Discovery Channel, Hulu, TBS, Snapchat, Tidal, History, A&E, CMT, TruTV, OWN, Oxygen and TLC. With over 20 years of hands on experience and countless adventures sought, Bryan has gained a wealth of knowledge that he shares with every story he tells.
Barbara Stratte
Co-Founder
Barbara Stratte is the engine behind every production at The Producing Co., managing client relationships, budgets, scheduling and crews to make sure the creative vision actually gets made, on time and on budget. With 20+ years producing alongside Bryan Stratte, Barbara brings a steady, hands-on approach that leaves clients feeling truly heard and understood every step of the way.

Drawing from countless years working at all levels of production, Pete’s a hands-on, get the job done at all cost, kind of leader - it’s that simple. He spearheads the day-to-day operations and works side-by-side with his brother Bryan as they’ve done from day one.
